Hotel & Travel Coordinator — Expo Groups

ChinaExpo Travel Services is seeking a Group Travel Coordinator to manage hotel room blocks, shuttle schedules, and visa invitation letters for international delegations attending China trade expos. You will liaise with hotel partners, airlines, and government bodies to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients. Prior experience in MICE travel or group hotel contracting preferred.
