Terms of Service — China Expos

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using China Expos ("https://chinaexpos.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must verify your email address before posting content. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Content guidelines

All event, business, and job listings are subject to review and approval before being published. You must not submit content that is false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

4. Event hosts

Event organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event information, including dates, venues, and ticketing details. China Expos is a listing platform and is not responsible for the delivery, cancellation, or quality of any listed event.

5. Featured listings & payments

Featured listing upgrades are paid services processed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Featured status is granted for the purchased duration and will not be extended due to events being postponed or cancelled.

6. Intellectual property

By submitting content to the platform you grant China Expos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain all ownership of your content.

7. Limitation of liability

China Expos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on event listings.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
